United States flags are to be flown at half-staff on Sunday, May 4, in honor of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial.

The National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service will be held Sunday, May 4, to honor firefighters who died in the line of duty.
In accordance with Public Law 107-51, the American flag should be lowered to half-staff on Sunday, May 4, from sunrise to sunset in observance of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service.
